What this website is
This site exists to give you a clear picture of what we do and let you start a conversation with us. The content here is informational — reading it doesn't create any kind of consulting arrangement or professional relationship.
What a form submission means
Filling out the contact form opens a conversation, nothing more. Any actual engagement — what we'll do, for how long, at what cost — gets spelled out in a proper written agreement that both sides sign. Until that happens, nothing is agreed.
What not to share through the form
Please don't send us sensitive campaign details, voter data, or anything genuinely confidential through the inquiry form. That kind of information belongs in a conversation after we've signed an NDA. The contact form isn't that place.
Our content
Everything on this website — the writing, the design, the graphics, the logos — belongs to The ARambha. If you'd like to use something, just ask. Taking it without permission isn't something we can ignore.
Your responsibility
If you're filling out a form or reaching out on behalf of a campaign or organisation, please make sure the information you share is accurate. We make decisions based on what you tell us, so it matters.
Changes to this page
We might update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will live here with a new date at the bottom. We won't hide changes in fine print.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. We're not liable for any indirect losses that might result from using it or acting on information found here. That's a standard clause, not a dodge.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.
