About the Role

Seeking professionals skilled in Punjabi and English/Hindi communication, stakeholder coordination, and field engagement. You will be at the front line of political communication — building relationships, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and representing our clients on the ground.

What You'll Do

• Manage communication with regional stakeholders in Punjabi and English/Hindi
• Coordinate field engagement activities across assigned constituencies
• Build and maintain relationships with ground-level contacts and community leaders
• Represent The ARambha and its clients at regional interactions and events
• Prepare daily field reports and escalate critical updates to campaign leadership

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Punjabi and English or Hindi
• Professional approach and ability to represent a high-profile organization
• Prior experience in field coordination, community engagement, or stakeholder management preferred
• Willingness to travel and work on-location when required
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously with composure
