About the Role
Hiring Data Collectors, Booth-Level Executives, Voter List Managers and Field Reporting Staff for the upcoming Punjab election campaign. You will be the ground truth engine behind our voter outreach and booth planning.
What You'll Do
- Conduct door-to-door surveys and collect voter data
- Maintain and update booth-level voter databases
- Report ground feedback from constituencies
- Assist in voter mapping and booth planning
- Ensure accurate field reporting
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, or English (minimum one mandatory)
- Genuine interest in politics and commitment to field-intensive work
- Experience preferred but not mandatory for select roles
- Willingness to travel and work across assigned constituencies
