About the Role

Hiring AI Filmmakers, AI Video Creators, AI Animation Artists, AI Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, AI Prompt Engineers and Cinematic Storytelling Experts to build a next-generation creative team producing AI-powered political content for Punjab Election 2027.

What You'll Do

• Produce AI political campaign videos and cinematic election films
• Create AI character animations and animated explainer videos
• Direct lip-sync and character-consistent AI video sequences
• Edit viral, short-form political storytelling for Instagram & Facebook Reels
• Build motion graphics and visual effects for campaign content
• Write and refine prompts across generative video and image tools for consistent campaign output

What We're Looking For

• Strong working proficiency in Punjabi (spoken and written) is mandatory, given the Punjabi-speaking voter base of this campaign
• Hands-on experience with generative video tools such as Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Luma Dream Machine or Hailuo AI
• Proficiency with Midjourney or Flux for AI image generation
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Genuine interest in politics and commitment to fast-paced, campaign-intensive work
• Willingness to travel and work across assigned constituencies in Punjab
